Where can I find a large rug (8×10) for under $100?
Everything is SO expensive! If anyone knows of a hidden gem of a place/website, please share. Thanks!

There is a flooring store I saw in a small town, and I saw some nice rugs in there for a fairly low price about the size you seem to want. I was more interested in the flooring itself, so I can’t tell you the prices on the rugs.

i just got a GORGEOUS brand new one (originally from Target) from Goodwill for 39.99…..it had a little "mud stain" on the corner, came right out…i’m assuming that’s why it ended up at Goodwill. Check Goodwill, Savers…places like that but be patient….I’ve been on the hunt for 3 weeks and have been there almost every other day for that whole 3 weeks until I came across this rug.
Definitly worth the wait and persistance. Good Luck!
OH YEAH….check Big Lots if there’s any by you. I find alot of good deals there on home furnishings and it doesn’t have that "garage sale" feel of the other store I mentioned.

You haven’t indicated where you live. I live in the northwest and do a lot of my shopping at Fred Meyers. I recently purchased two very nice 8′x10′ area rugs from them. The rugs were in the clearance section and I got them for $45.00 each. They are both stain resistant and are very nice.
You could also look at Home Depot, Lowes, WalMart, KMart and Target. Try to buy locally so you don’t have to pay shipping costs.
Something else I have done is to go to a carpet store and have a remnant bound to use as an area rug.
Good luck.
