Our trainer said to use the "In&Out game." Buy some dog treats that your dog absolutely loves, and throw one into the back of the kennel. Close the door and say "Good Kennel" then do that until if you say "Go to your kennel!" It’ll run in. Keep giving it treats until it is okay with her kennel. To get the dog to come out, put a treat of few feet in front of the kennel door and say "Leave your kennel" and soon it will know what the kennel is and that it doesn’t harm her(or him?) in any way.

    Hope I helped! (:

Paper training often has the opposite effect. It teaches the dog to go in the house, rather than outside.

You basically will have to leave her out there until she does her business - then carry on like you just won the lottery.

Crate training is really easy. You get a crate large enough for the dog to stand up, turn around, and lie down in (But not sleep in one end and poo in the other).

Feed the dog. After 15 minutes, take up all food and water. In about 30 minutes, take the dog outside. Wait until she goes to the bathroom.

Then put her in the crate when you can’t watch her or need to leave the house.

Second time you feed the dog, do the same. If you feed her on a set schedule (which it sounds like you already do) it will be easier to figure out when she needs to go.

Since she is paper trained you will have to work extra hard to un-do that training and teach her that all elimination indoors is bad.
