My rabbit swallowed some carpet, should I be worried or do something?
I let her out today, she is a 9 week old, 1 pound, 4 ounce netherland dwarf, and she stopped over where our carpet ends. I didn't think anything of it until she stayed there for awhile, I went over there and saw her chewing on a strand of carpet plus the woven, it looks like hayish/woodish stuff, that connects it all. I'm scared it may hurt her, what symptoms should I look for to take her to the vet, or should I take her now? Please help! I am a new rabbit owner!

I think she’ll be fine for right now but make sure to keep her from that area in the future. If you notice anything different about her take her to the vet ASAP.

My rabbits munch on carpet sometimes, and it should be okay as long as she doesn’t ingest too much and that she is getting unlimited hay to eat to help keep the digestive tract moving.
