Is there anyone out there who is an expert on Karastan carpets(Design: sarouk; pattern 755)?
Rug is 9 x 12 & has #891754. Bought by grandparents used. Believe circa 1920s. I would like to know value.

Contact a rug appraiser, try a local antique rug merchant, or specialty rug cleaning service listed in the yellow pages for referrals to a professional. Many things affect value other than age size and pattern. Then expect to sell for about half the appraised value. I hope this helps, this is a beautiful rug!
