How do stars get designers to dress them for the red carpet?





How do they ask thm to do that? I mean, do you think they just ring up and are like "Hi, this is blah and I am going to a blah and I want you to design me a dress" I am just curious is all?

    Yeah it can happen like that. The designers often contact the stars as well. It is great publicity for the designers to have the stars mention that they are wearing their label.

    So, it happens both ways. Stars contact the designers and the designers contact the stars as well.
