I’m also looking for info on this. Our carpet has coffee stains on it that you wouldn’t think would difficult to get up. I know my mom had success on her badly stained carpet when she poured boiling water onto the stains and let them sit until cool… then she used the steamcleaner with the resolve chemical solution and it brought the stain up. But this wouldn’t be really reasonable to do a whole carpet that way! Goodluck!
