You might want to heat the area with a hair dryer and then try wiping it. If that doesn’t work, afta (a dry cleaning chemical sold at hardware stores), may do the trick. Make sure you do a test spot beforehand.
I found that alcohol may be able to help. I found this website for you, if you want I also read somewhere else get a bag full of ice and rub the sap until it gets hard enough to pull, but idk the likelness of that so heres a website I found. Good luck!
